During coal mining,more sources of CO,the general case is mainly because of the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,but some mining areas in our country,in the goaf signs are not obvious,working face during normal mining had even stopped mining on the corner will be a higher concentration of CO that makes it difficult to forecast indicator gases for spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,a serious threat to the safety of mine production workers and the health of human body.In Northern Shaanxi hejiata coal mine as the research object,through the pipe goaf of coal wall drilling pumping experiment,experiment,and other on-site determination of mine ventilation,backup data,analysis of the impact of the various sources of CO may be on the corner of CO concentration caused by the overrun.The hejiata coal mine 50105 working face upper corner of CO mainly from coal goaf oxidation at room temperature and isolated coal pillar.The ratio is about 7:3.They found the hejiata coal mine no oxidation natural zone,gob risk is not big.Based on the experimental results and the basic situation of the coal mine,on the upper corner area is simulated.The results of numerical simulation and field measurement circumstance.The simulation results show that the upper corner of the existence of a low velocity vortex area,resulting in the upper corner of the CO gas around the vortex circulation disturbance,to enter the main airflow,CO accumulation caused overrun.Finally,the inflatable air bag measures to improve the characteristics of the flow field in the upper corner,improve the CO concentration.The simulated results showed that the inflatable airbag can be very good to change the corner vortex phenomenon,it is effective to reduce zhe concentration of CO on zhe conner.Can effectively ensure zhe safety production of coal mine.
