The occurrence of the accident is not accidental.There are several or even dozens of near-miss before any accident.These events are easy to be ignored,because they have not caused casualties and property losses.Effective management and control of near-miss is particularly important for the safety production in coal mines.Good safety emotion culture in coal mine has a very important role in preventing the occurrence of coal mine near-miss.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply explore the impact of coal mine safety emotion culture on near-miss,and to improve the management ability of coal mine near-miss as well as reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents.In order to clarify the relationship between coal mine safety emotion culture and near-miss,this paper conducts research from the following aspects.First of all,the structure of safety emotion culture in coal mine is determined.Based on the literature review and interview study,combined with the actual situation of coal industry,this paper summed up the dimensions of coal mine safety emotion culture and the initial project pool,and the measurement scale of coal mine safety emotion culture was compiled.The questionnaires were distributed by managers and miners of some coal mines in Shaanxi and Henan provinces.The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 24.0.The results showed that the overall validity and reliability of the questionnaire was better.Through exploratory factor analysis,the four dimensions of coal mine safety emotion culture were finally determined.They were safety emotion motivation,safety emotion commitment,safe emotion care and safe emotion communication,which included 24 indicators.Secondly,the relationship model between coal mine safety emotion culture and near-miss was constructed.Based on an overview of the theory and research on the relationship among coal mine safety emotion culture,organizational citizenship behavior and coal mine safety culture,this paper established the organizational citizenship behavior as an intermediate variable to study the influence of the coal mine safety emotion culture on near-miss,and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.At the same time,based on the literature review,the organizational citizenship behavior and the near-miss measurement scale were designed.Through the analysis of reliability and validity,the overall reliability of the scale was good.Finally,the five dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior were determined,which were organizational identification,altruistic behavior,interpersonal harmony,professional dedication and protection of organizational resources.The three dimensions of the near-miss were the awareness of near-miss,the occurrence of near-miss,and the reporting of near-miss.Finally,the relationship model between coal mine safety emotion culture and near-miss was verified.The influence model of coal mine safety emotion culture on near-miss is verified.Using structural equation model modeling techniques,this paper performed confirmatory factor analysis on the model.The results show that the coal mine safety emotion culture of each dimension has a negative influence on near-miss,including safety emotion commitment has a significant negative effect on near-miss.The positive influence of safety emotion motivation on organizational citizenship behavior is not significant,and the remaining three dimensions all have significant positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior.The organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on the occurrence of the near-miss,and its mediating effect is significant.In conclusion,a good atmosphere of coal mine’s safety emotion culture can effectively reduce the occurrence of near-miss.On this basis,from the safety emotion motivation,safety emotion care,safety emotion commitment,safety emotion communication,organizational citizenship behavior and near-miss control mechanism construction,this paper puts forward the control countermeasures and suggestions of near-miss in coal mine.
