The problem of environmental quality change represented by water pollution and air pollution has always attracted widespread attention from every unity.In the report of 18th CPC National Congress in 2012,the construction of ecological civilization as an important part of governing the country,was integrated into the overall layout of the "five in one"socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.In 2015,the new environmental protection law was implemented,and at the same time,the "storm" of environmental protection accountability has set off everywhere.In 2017,the report on the 19th CPC National Congress carried on emphasizing "advancing green development,focusing on solving outstanding environmental issues,and strengthening the protection of the ecosystem".Various initiatives show that green development is what the people expect as well as the direction of the government.As climate change and environmental pollution problems are largely caused by human daily activities and social production activities,organization is one of the most important factors causing climate change.Therefore,this study started at the organization,focused on the mechanism of the employee’s organizational citizenship behavior for the environment in the pro-environmental organizational climate,and tried to find the intrinsic motivational factors which affects the level of organizational citizenship behavior for the environment in the work place.In order to solve the research problem,the paper adopts relevant theoretical analysis associated with empirical research to verify the positive influence of pro-environmental organizational climate and pro-environmental personal norm on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.and then verifies the regulatory effect of perception of insider status.Finally the paper builds the generation mechanism of organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.The results of the study show that both pro-environmental organizational climate and pro-environmental personal norm have a significant positive effect to organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.What’s more,perception of insider status has a significant positive regulatory effect between the pro-environmental organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.Therefore,in order to stimulate organizational citizenship behavior for the environment,the organization not only should build a high level pro-environmental organizational climate but also should pay attention to the development of employees’personal norm towards environmental protection and their perception of insider status.Only in this way,the organizational environmental performance will be improved through the cooperation between organization and employees.
