This paper aims at the measurement of shape and shape error of the shaft parts,which have a lot of occurrence rate in the manufacturing industry of mechanical equipment,such as the precision machining machine tool and the automobile industry,and designs an instrument with the machine vision measurement technology for high efficiency and high precision measurement.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the axle parts to be measured,the parameters to be checked and the requirements of the measurement accuracy,a design idea of a high precision axis detection instrument based on the principle of visual inspection is proposed.The design optimizes the overall structure.This scheme uses a vertical structure to design the precision rotary bead shafting and optimize the structural parameters of the shaft system.In this paper,the linear motion mechanism and the image acquisition device of the instrument are selected and analyzed according to the measurement indexes.The data collection of the geometric parameters of the shaft parts is realized by using the large image surface array CMOS and the backlighting.In the end,according to the existing experimental conditions,a semi-physical experiment is carried out with the components of same-level precision.The error of the collected experimental data is analyzed.The measurement error of the experimental data is analyzed.The measurement range of the experimental device is 14mm*200mm,the diameter measurement error is 0.26 ?m,the maximum deviation is 2.29 ?m,the standard deviation is 0.61 ?m,the cylindricity measurement error is 0.27 ?m,the maximum deviation is 0.9 ?m,the standard deviation is 0.36 ?m,the circle runout measurement error is 1 ?m,the range is 3.9 ?m,and the standard deviation is 1.37?m.The accuracy of the semi-physical experiment and the accuracy of the design scheme are compared and analyzed.This design can achieve the set precision index.
