The Research On Mode Of Informatization Management For The Process Of Mold Manufacturing

As a traditional manufacturing industry,mold manufacturing is mainly based on order small batch processing,and has high requirements for skilled workers.In traditional management mold,the information of each manufacturing stage is various and repeatitive,the transmission path of information is not smooth,low utilization of manufacturing information and long cycle of the whole process of mold manufacturing,so the production capacity of mold enterprise is limitedand the mold quality is low.The development and popularization of information technology has made digitalization and informatization to affect the global economy,and has made great changes in the competition and living environment of enterprises.In order to take advantage of the competition,the enterprise must take the lead in the process of information revolution,which is a step ahead of its competitors in informatization.In this dissertation,by looking up and reading a large number literature of mold manufacturing process management and information management,it analyzes the present situation of manufacturing process management mode,and finds the problems existingin the process of mold manufacturing management mode.Through the study and research of domestic and foreign literatures,it combines the analysis of manufacturing information in the whole process management of mold manufacturing,and proposes to apply the method of informationization management to the whole process management of mold manufacturing,then it improves the management of the whole process and the production efficiency of mold manufacturing,solves the information disconnection and inaccuracies in the whole process of mold manufacturing.It makes the whole process of mold manufacturing standardization and process.It analyzes the key problem affecting the mold manufacturing process management,and puts forward to improve method for process and management information of mold manufacturing process,then builds the mold manufacturing process informatization management mode.By reviewing the literature and the expert evaluation method,it selects the relevant evaluation indexes and grading,builds the evaluation system for the whole process of the mold informationalization management mode,and uses the questionnaire to determine the weighted value of all the indexes.Finally,the mold manufacturing process informationalization management mode is applied to the mold factory in this dissertation,it analyzes the whole process of the mold factory,and summarizes the final effect for informationalization management mode.The results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the mold manufacturing process informationalization management mode.Combining with the mold factory actual application situation and problems of feedback,it puts forwardthe optimization and improvement suggestions for the process of mold manufacturing informationalization management mode in the future.
