The power plant generates large amount of pollutants which may pose great risks to the environment and human health.The Chinese government requirements the key areas in the Yangtze River Delta coal-fired power plants gradually clean emissions.Because of the ESP technology is difficult to achieve the standards,So require a new type of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator to make up for the ESP.Combined with the actual case of LiuHeng power plant project,the application of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator in large supercritical coal-fired power plants is investigated.Mainly examines the Wet Electrostatic Precipitatort in A power plant 1000MW project after the completion of the actual running performance.The A plant project at the beginning of the construction,increase the introduction of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator as terminal equipment in dry electric dust cleaning equipment and desulfurization system,dust concentration after the import of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator after treatment,Wet Electrostatic Precipitator imports of smoke concentration from 14 to 20 mg/Nm3 down to about 3 mg/Nm3,meet the national standard clean emissions standards.On factors that influence the carbon concentration at different load,different types of operating conditions such as the running situation of the experiment and research,comprehensive performance of the parameters examined.In addition,the problems existing in the application of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator in large scale coal fired power plants are investigated.Wet Electrostatic Precipitator in the performance of the A power plant fully meet the requirements of the national clean emission.But in the equipment operation and maintenance problems,in view of the existing problems in application and puts forward some suggestions for further optimization,engineering examples.
