At present,there are a large number of traditional Die-cutting machines in China without scrap removal devices,which brings great difficulties to the follow-up product scrap removal,resulting in high labor costs.However,due to the high price of the Die-cutting machine with scrap removal,for many enterprises,replacing new equipment is a relatively heavy burden.If a low-cost waste removal device directly connected to the back of the existing die-cutting machine can be developed,users can complete the wiring waste removal without eliminating the existing equipment and increasing a small amount of expenditure.This paper makes an in-depth study on this issue.The specific contents are as follows:In order to reduce the secondary feeding,the die-cut paper is directly transferred to the follow-up scrap removal device,eliminating the secondary paper splitting mechanism such as Feeder.In the paper-collecting part of the die-cutting machine,the die-cutting products are directly delivered to a row of suction nozzles under the paper.Under the action of cam mechanism,the suction nozzles leave the paper-collecting part of the die-cutting machine and enter the subsequent waste-cleaning device.Through the simulation analysis of the cam-connecting rod combination mechanism,the mechanism can achieve the desired results.The experimental prototype also proves that the mechanism runs reliably and can meet the requirements of paper transfer.In order to clean all the die-cut products,the paper passed by the suction nozzle is placed under the paper receiving wheel.The paper is rolled by the paper receiving wheel,and then sent to the waste cleaning part to complete the waste cleaning under the function of Yin-Yang template.Then,by the function of suction belt,the genuine product will continue to be transferred back,while the waste product will fall directly on the ground.Because of the existence of non-gripping paper,the gripping edge and other wastes are removed together,so the cost of this kind of waste cleaning structure is greatly reduced compared with the existing wiring waste cleaning structure.Through the analysis of the motion and dynamic characteristics of the scrap cleaning driving mechanism,the relevant parameters of the structure are reasonably selected to reduce the impact and vibration during the working process of the scrap cleaning mechanism.In order to realize the product stacking and remove the defects of uneven paper collection,this paper uses the way of suction to stack the products of each part of the finished product,so as to realize the one-time collection of single or multiple finished products and facilitate the follow-up processing.On the basis of simulation analysis,prototype manufacturing is completed.Through the processing,assembly,testing and analysis of the prototype,the design scheme of this paper is verified.It is estimated that the speed of waste cleaning can reach more than 6000 revolutions/hour,and 2-3 employees can be saved.
