With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,it will be easier for enterprises to obtain information and resources in the process of growth and development,and the market environment will be more complicated and enterprises competition will be more intense.Since the Reform and Opening up 40 years ago,small and medium private enterprises in China have become an important part of national economy,they play a positive role in the development of national economy,economy restructuring or in improving the socialist market economy system,which is an important force to promote the sustained and stable growth of China’s national economy.However,the backwardness of human resource management in small and medium private enterprises in China has restricted their sustainable and healthy development,while performance appraisal is the core of human resource management,which provides a reference for employees’ salary,training,promotion and other aspects.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a scientific performance appraisal system for the development of enterprises.As a small and medium private injection plastic bottle cap processing enterprise,LYG Company has grown rapidly in recent years,while the level of Human Resources Management is relatively weak.With the increasing of market competition,the pressure of LYG Company’s development is increasing,so it is necessary to optimize it.This thesis takes LYG Company as research object to analyze Company’s management present situation,the internal and external environment factor,the problem of the company’s performance appraisal process and so on.Through the analysis of different indicators,based on different purposes to choose LYG Company performance appraisal subject;from analyzing the size of LYG Company,the nature of staff position,the nature of appraisal indicators,appraisal standards to determine LYG Company performance appraisal cycle;to refine four dimensions KPI of LYG Company’s middle and high-level staffs,such as finance,customers,internal operation,learning and growth;to reconstruct LYG Company staff performance appraisal system by determining three dimensions KPI of grass-roots staff’s work attitude,work ability and work performance,and to determine the weight of appraisal indicators by Delphi Method and Weighted Statistics Method.Calculating scores,rating,adjusting salary,adjusting positions and so on to get LYG Company staff performance appraisal results and strengthen application of appraisal results;analyzing the long-term development contribution of the optimized appraisal scheme to LYG Company,the effect of application of the scheme to the on-the-job employees to anticipate the possible effect of the scheme and so on.So as to complete the optimization of LYG Company staff performance appraisal system.
