Performance appraisal is an important task of human resources management in modern enterprises.It plays an irreplaceable role in optimizing the allocation of human resources and improving the efficiency and competitiveness of internal management.From the current situation,the X coal mine performance appraisal system has revealed some outstanding problems,whether it is the appraisal method or the application of the appraisal results,after the current corporate strategy and development situation.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and adjust the enterprise performance appraisal mechanism so that it can better adapt to the strategic goals of the enterprise and promote the healthy and rapid development of the enterprise.This is also the key issue to be studied in this paper.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,elaborating the research background and significance of the paper,and at the same time analyzing the relevant theoretical literature basis in the field to clarify the writing thought,structure and research methods used in the paper.Chapter 2 analysis of the status of the performance appraisal system of X coal mine,mainly introduces the current situation of China’s coal market economy,the organizational personnel structure of X coal mine and the basic situation of the existing performance appraisal system,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.Chapter iii optimization scheme of X coal mine performance appraisal system.Collect research ideas,determine the principles of the performance appraisal system,and optimize and improve the performance appraisal system based on the actual situation of the enterprise.Chapter four guarantees the implementation of the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system and puts forward effective countermeasures based on the actual situation.Chapter 5 conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the research and points out the research prospect of the paper.In this paper,relevant research results at home and abroad were sorted out and summarized.Based on the actual situation of X coal mine and the questionnaire survey results,the following six problems existed in the current performanceappraisal system were analyzed and summarized.Second,lack of performance assessment of the department;Third,the performance appraisal cannot promote the professional technical level of the staff and workers;Fourth,the results of performance appraisal are too little applied;Fifth,the incentive function of the assessment is insufficient;Sixth,there is a lack of organic linkage between various departments of performance appraisal.According to the above problems,the integrated use of key performance indicators method and 360 degree appraisal method,combining with the enterprise development strategic target,the X coal mine to improve and optimize the performance appraisal work,from the dimension of system,organization,technology,culture and so on formulating the safeguard measures performance reform,create a good condition for promoting the modern enterprise management level.This research focuses on the combination of theory and practice.It aims to optimize the performance appraisal system based on the actual situation of X coal mine,in order to effectively improve the management level of the enterprise and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,it can be used as reference for other state-owned enterprises. |
