In the era of promoting "green travel",more and more people join the cycling exercise.Cycling pants is one of the important equipment in cycling,and the wearer are paying more and more attention to their wearing comfort and sports function.It's also a typical pressure garments,so stress is a key factor that affects their sports function and comfort.This paper took riding pants on the market as the research object,and studied the pressure comfort of the lower limbs in the riding state,and then conducts the optimized design of tight riding pants aimed at unreasonable areas of stress.The main topics of this article are:(1)This part,based on riding posture,analysis the characteristics of cycling motion from three aspects of the human bones joints,muscle and skin deformation.(2)150 female A-type college students were selected for size measurement,the body data were made use of correlation analysis and cluster analysis,and then the experimental subjects were determined.The analysis shows: A relationship exists between hip,knee,thigh,and thigh circumference are significant.(3)Starting from the pressure comfort,three riding pants which are common on the market,were selected as the experimental materials,and the pressure variation of the lower extremities of the human body under cycling conditions was analyzed by the combination of subjective and objective methods.The following conclusions are drawn.The pressure value of riding state is 2 times higher than that under static standing.the variation of pressure value in different parts of cycle is basically consistent,and when the right pedal is in the 0-45°position,the pressure value is the highest.Compared to the ankle,the variations in the waist,the hip,the thigh,and the leg are more significant.(4)Combined with the changes of the pressure of the lower extremities of the human body and the characteristics of riding exercise,the optimal pattern design of the riding pants was carried out from the aspects of the fabric performance and the structure through the three-dimensional virtual fitting software.(5)Subjective and objective pressure tests on the optimized riding pants are carried out toverify.It's verified that the optimized riding pants do improve the pressure comfort in every part.In the end,this study tentatively concludes the optimized design methods based on the pressure distribution characteristics in riding condition and characteristics of cycling motion,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the pattern design of functional tight-fitting pants.
