With the improvement of material living standards, people’s demand for spiritual culture is more and more high, the attention of sports culture is increasing, while the requirements of sports clothing is increasing, the design and production of major sports clothing company is more important in the original comfort and protective performance.In this paper, we analyze and study the data obtained by EMG system,The change of sEMG in the lower limb muscle groups during the low speed and high speed is reflected by the quantitative analysis, to investigate the effects of different riding pants and riding pads on muscle activity, In order to enrich and expand the performance evaluation content and monitoring method of the current sports training,to provide scientific theoretical basis for the application of sports clothing in the fitness,training and competition.6 young healthy male subjects were randomly selected from the experiment,Simulating test ride on GIANT-XTC790 mountain bike while wearing LNP, TSGP,TSPP, TNP, at high speed and low speed. At the same time record the EMG signal,using the sEMG Motion Lab MA300- XII type signal acquisition measurement system.And according to the physical characteristics of surface EMG, it is divided into 18 sections both low speed and high speed. Using the MATLAB R2014 a data analysis software to calculate the numerical of iEMG, RMS, MPF and MF of each EMG data.Then the standard the various indicators. Finally, les Least-significant method,difference Tamhane(LSD), s T2 Levene method, curve estimation, the data of each group were analyzed, and the difference between the experimental data were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis, Finally The data of each group were analyzed by means of variance homogeneity test, single factor analysis of variance and post hoc multiple comparison test and regression analysis,using the method of Levene les, Least-significant difference( LSD),Tamhane’s T2, Curve estimation. The following conclusions can be drawn afteranalysis:(1) in the process of low speed and high speed riding, having no significant impact on RF, VF,and BF while wearing different riding pants for;(2) in the process of low speed riding, wearing riding pants can make iEMG(%)first show a decline then rise in the trend, to a certain extent it can play a role in slowing the muscle fatigue of the hip;(3) in the process of high speed riding, wearing riding pants can make iEMG(%)first show a rise then decline in the trend, that is not obvious for the role of slow muscle fatigue, and even increase the effect of fatigue, but for the enhancement of the muscle explosive force can play a certain role in helping;(4) for the influence on the gluteus maximus there was no difference between silica gel pad riding pants, sponge pad riding pants and unpadded riding pants. In other words there is no relationship between Effect on gluteus maximus and riding pad materials,with or without riding pads.
