High performance three-dimensional multilayer circular fabric has a wide range of applications in the field of Vegetable & Fruit packing,canvas,bag,tarpaulin flood,berm civil construction,large structure and composite materials etc.The existing multi-layer circular fabric weaving methods mostly adopt 3D braiding technology,and its weaving efficiency is low.The fabric is unable to meet the market demand.In order to develop 3D multi-layer circular woven fabric,we have to innovate the circular weaving and loom weaving principles on the basis of the existing single-layer circular weaving technology and circular looms.With the brand-new design idea and method,the virtual prototype of multilayer circular loom is developed by applying the latest technological achievements in the mechanical and electrical field,and then the physical prototype will be designed and manufactured.The nominal diameter of a single circular loom at home and abroad is not more than 2meters,and the number of the shuttle does not exceed 16.The weaving efficiency is limited by the diameter of the loom,the number of shuttle and the amount of shuttle carrying yarn and other factors.The centrifugal pressure of the weft shuttle makes the friction and wear of reed is very serious on the reed.And the single-layer circular fabric produced by loom is not strong enough and not dense enough.It is impossible to weave large diameter fabrics and multi-layer fabric,and cannot meet the requirement of weaving multi-layer circular fabrics.Nowadays,with the urgent demand for the light weight and high-strength circular fabric in various industries,the 3D multi-layer circular weaving technology has become the focus of research in the textile industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a 3D multi-layer circular loom with high quality,low cost and stable production.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a new type of double layer weft multi-shed loom.A new type of electromagnetic weft insertion device is designed,and a new groove cam shedding mechanism is designed.This paper adopts the virtual prototype technology as the design method,and the innovative designed and preliminary modeling of various mechanism components are completed in the SolidWorks 2016;Dynamic simulation analysis,design research and optimization design are carried out in ADAMS,and its rationality is verified;Finite element analysis,static design and dynamic design are carried out in ANSYS Workbench;According to the analysis results of post treatment to improve the design of each mechanism.Finally,the optimal design of mechanisms and the entire virtual prototype is realized.This topic mainly studies the following aspects:(1)The advantages of large diameter double-layer circular fabric are briefly described,and the weaving principle of the fabric is described in detail,and the basic parameters offabric is determined.(2)On the basis of this,the overall design of the double layer multi-shed circular loom is completed.We have established the conceptual model of loom in SolidWorks,and the mechanism,weaving principle of the loom are introduced in detail.(3)The key shedding mechanism of the loom is designed.By means of ANSYS Workbench,the core parts are optimized and designed to meet the design requirements.(4)Focus on the introduction of Electromagnetic weft insertion mechanism,the dynamic simulation of the device is carried out by ADAMS software;the effect of the centrifugal force of the weft shuttle under the condition of high speed motion on double circular reed is studied,and the size of each component is optimized,and the optimal parameters of each component are obtained.(5)The modal analysis of the frame structure is carried out by ANSYS Workbench,which provides a reference for improving the anti vibration of the frame.
