| Pile-fabric refers to the use of special fabric weaves or finishing process to make the fabric strong three-dimensional and soft to the touch,but the disadvantages of complex weaving and high cost limit its development and production as high-end textile products.Double-sided fabric means that the pile is towering and flat,which not only increases the aesthetics of its textile products,but also has good feeling to the touch and heat retention.It can be widely used as high-end textile products in daily life,increasing its practicality.It has a very large consumer market.This paper uses three-layers and three-shed loom cut pile to directly weave double-sided pile-fabric,through theoretical analysis,the design and technology of the production of doublesided pile-fabric by three-layers and three-shed loom is studied,and the surface flatness of the double-sided pile-fabric is studied.Specifically including:(1)Design of double-sided piled webbing woven by three-layer three-shed loomNylon filament is used as warp and weft yarn,V-type consolidation as a method of consolidation of pile warp,The drawing method is zone drawing,Plain weave.Three sets of ground warps and three sets of wefts are woven to form a three-layer fabric base layer.The velvet warp is equivalent to the tie line.The upper pile warp is interwoven with the upper and middle weft yarns,and the lower pile warp is interwoven with the middle and lower weft yarns to connect the three-layer fabric base layer together.The fabric is divided by two sets of blades into two single-sided pile-fabric,and a double-sided pile-fabric.(2)Study on the technology of weaving double-sided pile-fabric on a three-layer three-shed loomStudy the function of each mechanism of the three-layer three-shed loom.Analyze the characteristics of shedding process,beat-up mechanism,take-up mechanism,fluff segmentation technology,and let-off mechanism.Kinematics analysis of the weft insertion mechanismThe three-layer three-shed woven double-sided pile-fabric adopts a dobby shedding mechanism to control the lifting movement of the frame.One part of the frame drives the warp yarn to rise,and the other part of the frame drives the warp yarn to fall,so that the warp yarns are layered.The frame is raised and lowered at the same time to form three sheds,and three weft yarns are introduced simultaneously when the shed is formed.The three-layer pile-fabric through belt holder is divided by the blade into two single-sided pile-fabric,one double-sided pile-fabric,and then enters the non-stab pressing belt take-up roller(three rows of pressure Roller),which is taken up by the pressure roller and taken away to the rear of the frame to be directly rolled.(3)Study on surface flatness of double-sided pile-fabricThe double-sided pile-fabric is subjected to simulating machine washing to test the washing dimensional change rate and the amount of pile removed by washing,reflecting the washing stability of the double-sided pile-fabric and the fall of fluff;Choose Martindale Wear Tester to investigate the flatness of fluff surface after friction,however,due to the complex natural state of the fluff,it is impossible to accurately observe the flatness of the fluff with the eye.The scanning electron microscope is used to observe the front and back morphology of the double-sided pile-fabric,and image processing is performed with MATLAB to extract the height profile of the fluff,and use statistical histograms to observe assessment of the distribution of villi height.The above research shows,the three-layer three-shed loom can improve the quality and efficiency of weaving double-sided pile-fabric,and meet the weaving requirements of many warp interwoven complex fabric.The woven double-sided pile-fabric has a soft feel,a towering appearance,a smooth surface,and a good washing and friction stability. |
