A small gear differential wheel reducer is a form of planetary gear reducer,it forms a pair of gear pairs through the meshing of the internal gear and external gear.The number of the tooth difference between the teeth inside and outside is usually 1?4.Because of the advantages such as the compact structure,large transmission ratio,high efficiency,smooth operation,reliable and so on,the small gear differential wheel reducer has been widen used in the area of industry.WK-55 large excavator lifting device requires a good bearing performance and long life,however,the current lifting device is usually connected to the output of the corresponding output structure,thus it increases the entire system of the axial size and makes it difficult to install and maintain.To reduce the overall size of the system by a large margin,we use the internal gear outer ring directly as the output structure and design a new type of small gear differential gear output type star wheel reducer for its lifting device,motion simulation and finite element analysis.The main contents are as follows:1.Referring to the lifting device of WK-55 large excavator,design a new type of inner gear reducer with less tooth difference.Based on the technical parameters of the excavator,finish designing and calculating the gear,shaft(input shaft,star wheel shaft)and bearing,checking the bearings,keys and bolts.2.Build a three-dimensional model based on SolidWorks.At the rated condition as the initial condition,take kinematic simulation analysis on the transmission shaft and get the data of each speed and speed curves,gear angular acceleration,angular velocity and angular displacement curves.3.Using ANSYS software to calculate the gear pair by static finite element method to obtain the displacement diagram,stress strain and other related results of the gear.Take modal analysis on the gear shaft,reducer base and the whole machine,analysis and calculate to obtain the natural frequencies and vibration shapes of the characteristics.
