Spectroscopy detection technology is widely used in life sciences,colorimetric detection,environmental remote sensing and other fields.With the diversification of micro-spectrometer function and the improvement of accuracy,it is of great significance to study its application in spectroscopy.This article is mainly divided into two parts,one is a small LED colorimetric detection system based on portable spectrometer and its application,one is a portable imaging spectrometer module and its application in flower and street detection.The thesis first introduces the research background and current situation of the colorimeter and imaging spectrometer.Then it discusses the hardware and parameter calculation of small LED colorimetric detection system and its application.Finally,the design and application of small imaging spectrometer are introduced.The main research content and innovation of the paper are as follows:1)Summarizes the basic theory of colorimetry,and discusses in detail the calculation process of the related parameters of colorimetry.2)Summarizes the basic theory of imaging spectrometer,introduces the classifications of imaging spectrometer,and analyzes the main components of imaging spectrometer.3)Set up a small LED colorimetric detection system.Through the system,you can easily get the chromaticity coordinates of the LED light source,related color temperature,color rendering index and other colorimetric parameters.We have tested the red,blue,green and white four kinds of LED light sources and white fluorescent lamps,the results show that the system is reliable and practical.4)Developed a small imaging spectrometer based on SLR camera.This small imaging spectrometer has imaging spectrometer module and SLR camera in two parts.We proved its reliance and usefulness by using this imaging spectrometer to image multispectral scenes of standard white LED、streets and flowers.In addition,our imaging spectrometer modules can be used in a variety of cameras,such as aerial cameras and underwater cameras.Therefore,any camera can be transformed into an imaging spectrometer with the help of our miniaturization module.We believe it is likely to be a versatile tool for many field investigations of applications.
