Research On Emergency Management For Safety Production Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Pingtan Comprehensive Experimentation Area

In recent years,under the Party and the state’s high regard and strong guidance,China has actively carried out reforms in emergency management for production safety and achieved some results,however,the total number of production safety accidents is still relatively large,and the situation of production safety is not optimistic.The characteristics of long-term,difficult,complex and urgent emergency management of production safety are obvious.It is of great significance to strengthen the emergency management of safe production of enterprises to effectively reduce the accident loss,reduce the impact of the accident and promote the healthy development of enterprises.Based on the present situation of emergency management of small and micro enterprises in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area,through the search of documents,interviews,questionnaires,data analysis,case analysis and other methods,analyze the problems existing in the daily supervision of the industry supervision department,the implementation of the main responsibility of the enterprise,and the access permit for safe production.Through the elaboration of the advanced experience of emergency management of production safety abroad and the study of these experiences,based on this,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation of safety production of small and micro enterprises in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area:establish a sound emergency management system for production safety,strengthening relevant education and training,conduct emergency rescue exercises for work safety,standardize the management system of emergency plan for production safety,establish emergency support system for production safety.
