| Polyolefin materials have good ductility and resistance to environmental stress cracking.However,its rigidity,aging resistance and antibacterial properties are not very well,which restricts the further application of polyolefin materials.The fiber material has a reinforcing effect and can improve the mechanical properties of the polyolefin material.Nano-ZnO has excellent anti-ultraviolet aging and anti-bacterial properties.At the same time,as a small,rigid particle,ZnO can also exhibit a good toughening and toughening effect on polyolefin materials.Therefore,nano-ZnO,fiber materials,organic composite modified polyolefin materials can improve the mechanical properties of the material,antibacterial properties and anti-ultraviolet aging properties.As a novel method for preparation of hybrid materials,in situ growth method was used to synthesize nano-ZnO on the surface of fiber in this paper,and two hybrid compounds of bacterial cellulose(BC)-ZnO and glass fiber(GF)-ZnO were prepared.BC-ZnO/LLDPE composite films were obtained by blending BC-ZnO hybrid and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE).GF-ZnO/PP composites were prepared by blending,extrusion and injection molding of GF-ZnO hybrid materials with polypropylene(PP).Measured the mechanical properties,anti-ultraviolet aging properties and antibacterial properties of films and composites,and studied the effects of zinc source,reaction time,and amount of hybrid materials on the properties of BC-ZnO/LLDPE films and GF-ZnO/PP composites by X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other analytical means.The BC-ZnO/LLDPE composite films was studied and discussed.The results showed that the antibacterial performance of BC-ZnO/LLDPE composite films against staphylococcus aureus was achieved 90.16%when ZnSO4 was used as the zinc source,the reaction time was 5 hours,and the addition amount was 3%by weight.The tensile properties,anti-ultraviolet properties of films have also been maximized.The research and discussion of GF-ZnO/PP composite films can conclude that GF-ZnO/PP composites are antibacterial to golden grape balls when ZnSO4 is used as the zinc source,the reaction time is 5 hours,and the added amount is 15 parts.The efficiency reaches 90.24%,and the most obvious improvement is in tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength and anti-ultraviolet aging performance. |
