In the military field,with the advancement of scientific research,today's detection technology has been greatly developed.Absorbing material,as a hotspot of stealth technology,can effectively protect weapons and flight equipment,and has been paid attention to in the field of scientific research and military.Structural absorbing materials have been widely used in the field of absorbing materials because of their advantages in rigidity and weight.Honeycomb structure wave absorbing material includes upper and lower cover plate,which is made of honeycomb skeleton structure by imitating honeycomb in the middle.Honeycomb structure absorbing material has many applications in absorbing field.The emphasis of current research is how to design the size of honeycomb structure and the thickness of coating material.With the rise of computer technology,computer-aided design(cad)technology facilitates the design of these parameters.By using the algorithm tool,the optimal parameters of the appropriate absorbing material can be designed quickly and conveniently.Reflection coefficient is a representative performance index.By using circular waveguide to approximate calculate the equivalent electromagnetic parameters of the material,the reflectivity of the material is obtained.The reflectivity is compared with the actual test to verify the correctness of MATLAB numerical simulation.Genetic algorithm,as an excellent search algorithm,has the characteristics of high efficiency and intelligence in the process of optimization.In the design of absorbing material coating,reflectivity can be used as the target and the type and thickness of material can be used as parameters.In this way,genetic algorithm can be used to calculate the optimal combination of parameters.This paper adopts genetic algorithm,MATLAB numerical calculation and auxiliary material parameter design,which greatly improves the design efficiency.
