Research On Long-distance Lifting And Translating System Of Large-scale Offshore Oil And Gas Module

With the acceleration of global industrialization,the volume and weight of offshore platforms which serve for offshore energy exploitation are developing towards large dimension,complication and precision.All kinds of technologies involved in assembling process after its modular construction also becoming more and more complicated.The lifting and translation technology oriented to large modules is an important part of the post construction assembly process of large offshore platforms.This paper studies the lifting and translation technology of assembling large ocean modules and has designed a set of portal tower lifting system based on the truss structure.The design of all parts of the whole system is realized by 3D design software,and the strength of main bearing parts in different working states during the working process is analyzed by software ANSYS Workbench.Then a series of two bar frame crawler is designed by studying the working principle and locking structure of the translational crawler which is used to translate the closing action.The structure strength is checked.On the basis of this,the design of the hydraulic system of the crawler is completed based on the mechanical synchronization and the speed control scheme of the switch valve.The motion characteristics and control methods of crawler synchronous propulsion are analyzed.Based on SIEMENS SIMATIC Manager software and WinCC software,the software and hardware configuration of crawler control system and the specific implementation mode of software compilation are completed.At last,based on ADAMS software's simulation analysis of the whole lifting and translating system in actual construction,including three special conditions of lifting up stage,under strong wind stage and the whole translating and crawling,this paper has validated the security and stability of the designed whole set of lifting and translating system.
