| Due to some reasons,free span will occur after pipeline is laid on the seabed.The phenomenon will threaten production safety of offshore oil,and we need to take effective measures to control in time.There are a variety of prevention and maintenance measures to deal with pipeline free span at home and abroad.And underwater grouting is a more economical method.The main technical difficulty of this method lies in the design of the grouting bag,and grouting bag prefabrication mainly depends on foreign companies at present,there is no relevant domestic cement grouting bag manufacturers.The main research content of this paper is the development of cement grouting bag.First of all,in-depth study materials and structure of foreign similar products by reading the literature,make sure material of the cement grouting bag to be developed.Secondly,combined with domestic material fiber technology,fabricate the high-strength marine fiber-HGB polypropylene fiber,which is used to fabricate cement grouting bag.HGB polypropylene fiber is proved that it has good corrosion resistance through experiments.Thirdly,the weaving method and the structure of the cement grouting bag which are easy to be processed are designed,and the structural stability of the grouting bag itself is checked.Finally,the grouting equipment are designed and processed which are in conjunction with ROV.The grouting test on land is completed,establish the key process,collect the construction data and further improve the structural design of the grouting bag and functional design of the grouting equipment through the grouting simulation test data.In this paper,the feasibility of using HGB polypropylene fiber as material of cement grouting bag is proved by experiment.The structural stability of the grouting bag is checked by theoretical calculation.Through the grouting simulation test on land,it is proved that the developed grouting bag meets the practical application requirements.The research of this paper can provide some reference and guidance for the future construction of the subsea pipeline suspension treatment project.The developed cement grouting bag has significant practical value and good application prospect.This paper has certain theoretical value for the future research. |
