| With the development of the science and technology,the demand for mineral resources is also increasing.But due to long-term mining,the reserves of mineral resources are decreasing.In order to improve the utilization ratio of mineral resources and organize production reasonably and efficiently.It is extremely important to realize the management information system of mine production planning.First of all,this paper studies the current situation of mine production planning work,and analyzes the method about optimization of mine production planning at home and abroad.the overall business requirements,system functional requirements and non functional requirements are also analyzed,and the functions include mining plan,excavation plan,hydrometallurgy mills plan,material management,product and output information management.Secondly,analyzes the overall architecture of system based on MVC mode,and designs the relevant algorithms used in the hydrometallurgical mills production module,among them,the allocation algorithm extended SPT rule,WSPT rule,EDD rule in hydrometallurgy mill production plan is designed in detail,and genetic algorithm to solve the APS problem is also designed especially.This paper describes the application of genetic algorithm to solve the APS problem in the hydrometallurgy mill production,and realizes the intelligent formulation of production plan in hydrometallurgical mills.Finally,takes MVC as the main development framework,using.net,c# and other technologies,combined with APS theory and the related algorithms.designs and implements the mine production planning management information system.This system realizes the intelligent formulation of mine production planning,the utilization rate of mineral resources and the production of mineral products have been effectively improved.It is helpful for mine enterprise personnel to organize production reasonably and efficiently. |
