| As the most productive gas field of marine carbonate rock of China in recent years,Puguang gas field is characterized as high H2S and moderate CO2 content in its gas composition and with active edge-bottom water in its reservoir.Therefore,the high standard of metering equipment is in great demand.Senior orifice fittings are mainly installed at heating furnace,metering separator,and pipelines to Gas Purification Plant.On the one hand,the fittings of them turned to be somehow malfunctioned at use,on the other hand,as imports,the time consuming on production cycle and the delivery cycle is 20 weeks or longer,sometimes delaying the replacement of fittings in production field,leading the increase of the using and maintaining cost.The research on the localization of fittings on senior orifice fittings is aimed at improving the working condition and ensuring the stable operation.Six kinds of fittings,including metering separator cover seal rings,gland seal rings,orifices and orifice seal rings,are installed at the relevant valves to be the research objects.The effect of domestic fittings installed on senior orifice fittings is studied in this paper through materials,installation and operation.The main cause leading the invalidation of orifice gripper seal on the metering separator is the micro-pores in primary adhesive of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber.The materials analyzing and using condition says that the localized fittings,which has solved some problems like breaks of gear shafts and seal rings,are suitable for the working condition of Puguang gas field.The application of the localized fittings insures the regular production of high sulfur gas stations and the metering accuracy.It also provides huge economic benefits by reducing expenses and shortening the delivery cycle.The study,providing data about sealers used in high sulfur gas medium and making a reference of equipment design,manufactory and procurement,is an accumulation of technology and experiences about the exploration of high sulfur gas filed. |
