In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic infrastructure,cement production and sales are very strong.Due to the large volume of customer demand,large number of vehicles,a wide area of work area,cement delivery workload,management rough,queuing weighing process pounds is not high,so the dispatch efficiency is not high too.In addition,due to the long-term customers more,there has been the phenomenon of credit,but the credit risk and credit market income and credit are closely related,and too much credit has an impact on the capital transfer of the cement companies.Therefore,how to solve the difficult problem of cement dispatching and the risk of credit sale management is the urgent problem to be solved.With the rapid development of the domestic information construction,information management and networking technology has penetrated into all walks of life.Relying on the technology,combined with the management theory,the problems will be solved with the help of the research on the cement dispatching and the product sale strategy.Based on the above ideas,the multi pound weighing scheduling of fuzzy job hours and the analysis of credit behavior based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are studied in this thesis.Finally,cement shipment scheduling and credit evaluation management system for RFID are put forward.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics and needs of the cement plant cement sales process,combined with information technology,network technology,management theory,a general scheme of optimization of vehicle weighing on the pound and cement credit is put forward in this thesis,it is the cement vehicle scheduling and credit management functions of the implementation basis.(2)A multi weigh scheduling strategy based on improved genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed to solve the problem of multi weighbridge weighing scheduling with fuzzy operation time.The performance of the algorithm is analyzed and its availability is illustrated.(3)According to the credit risk management problem,a customer credit evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward,through the customer credit evaluation results,the customer's credit limit is determined.(4)UML language is used to design the system,and the.Net technology and SQL Server database are used to design and implement the management system of cement vehicle entering plant dispatching and credit sale in this thesis.With the help of the cement sales and shipping management system,users can carry out a comprehensive arrangement and management of the cement sales and delivery process,thus improving the efficiency of cement sales and delivery,and improving the sales and delivery management level and operating efficiency of cement enterprises.
