The proton exchange membrane fuel cell has been widely concerned around the world because of its high power density,low operating temperature,high efficiency and no pollution.In this paper,the influence of proton exchange membrane fuel cell gas supply system on the performance characteristic and output power of proton and the existing common control algorithms are applied to the existing supply system control problems has been studied.Based on the analysis,the control strategy and optimization algorithm of the gas supply system are improved,and the control effect is achieved.The proton exchange membrane fuel cell gas supply system was researched and designed in this paper,which specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the control problem of the fuel cell gas supply system,which is an important problem that affects the output characteristic of fuel cell has been proposed based on the research status of domestic and foreign research on the gas supply system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell.Secondly,the gas dynamic model and the output voltage of the fuel cell model of the gas supply system are set up in the Matlab / Simulink environment according to the overall design of the system,and the influence of the changes of gas flow rate on the output characteristic of fuel cell is analyzed.Thirdly,two algorithms for the control of the cathode gas flow rate are proposed based on the simulation results of the gas dynamic model of the gas supply system: Fuzzy-PID Control algorithm and Adaptive Generalized Predictive Control algorithm.Adaptive Generalized Predictive Control algorithm is used finally in this paper through the comparison and analysis of the dynamic response of the two control algorithms when the fuel cell load changes.Fourthly,the hardware and software of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell gas supply system are designed in detail.The design of the includes CPU selection,selection of air compressor,selection of gas flowmeter,selection of electronic throttle,selection of the sensor,the design of CAN communication and interface circuit,design of power module,design of air pressure and electronic throttle drive circuit.The design of the software includes design of ADC sampling software,design of CAN communication software,design of host computer interface based on LabVIEW software,design of electronic throttle and air compressor software based on LabVIEW software.Finally,the test platform for the gas supply system was set up after the completing the gas supply system of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,the gas flowmeter and electronic throttle are demarcated,the influence of gas flow rate and pressure on the output characteristics of the PEMFC is analyzed when the load changes,and the reasons of influence is analyzed through experimental data.
