Nowadays,the automobile industry at home and abroad is developing at a high speed,and the processing method of the automobile door mainly uses the same material for the whole piece of stamping and welding.This type of processing allows the door to be shaped and more material to meet the requirements.As a result,the weight of the door increases,and more gasoline is consumed during the running of the vehicle,which increases exhaust emissions.With the development of science and technology,computer technology continues to innovate,and the technology of computer simulation stamping process is becoming more and more mature.In order to overcome the contradiction between the performance requirements and economy of the door,this paper studies the simulation analysis and springback control method of the inner panel stamping forming based on the finite element analysis method.Firstly,the constitutive relation of sheet metal forming is determined,its constitutive equation is constructed,and the common defects of sheet metal forming are analyzed.The finite element analysis method in sheet metal forming process is emphasized,and the finite element analysis process is analyzed.The boundary problem processing method and the processing of the numerical simulation unit type.Secondly,it briefly analyzes the structural characteristics of the inner panel of a car door,uses CATIA software to create the corresponding 3D map,analyzes its functional requirements,and deeply analyzes the common defect forms of the inner panel forming of the door;The deep process elaborates on the stamping forming process of the inner panel of the car door.Then,the finite element analysis software AutoForm used in this paper is briefly introduced to determine the method flow of the automobile interior panel stamping forming simulation analysis based on AutoForm.On this basis,the geometric model of the car door inner panel is established by CATIA,and then the software is used to model.Meshing and adding boundary conditions.After adding the corresponding constraints and loads to the model of the inner panel,the finite element analysis of the stamping process is performed.The results show that the proposed method meets the requirements for stamping and forming of the inner panel of the car and obtains better forming quality.In-depth analysis of the factors affecting the stamping of the inner panel of the door,including the size of the fillet,the coefficient of friction,the shape of the initial sheet,the shape of the process hole,the drawbead and the influence of the blanking force on the stamping formability.Finally,the influence of various forming processes on the rebound of the inner panel of the door is briefly analyzed,and the rebound of the inner panel of the car door is simulated.The results show that after the control rebound process is added to the inner panel of a car door,the inner panel The rebound amount is obviously reduced,but the setting of the process parameters will have a very large impact on the rebound.Then the control method of the rebound deformation of the inner panel of the car door is proposed.Through the rebound control method of this paper,the results show that The inner panel of the car door can obtain better forming quality.
