Adequate high-quality water injection is essential for realizing the stable and increasing of yield in oilfields.Jiyuan oilfield initiated the construction of water-injection digital system from 2008,which can realize the function of acquisition and monitoring,and has gained remarkable achievements ensuring the safe and stable operation of water injection system.In order to strengthen the management of water injection system,there is an urgent need to study deeply in correlation with oil field specific condition to improve the data utilization rate.In the first place,the paper analyzes the necessity of friction coefficient calibration and explores the injection network friction coefficient calibration method.After getting accurate pipeline friction coefficient,water-injection network hydraulic simulation prediction model is established,which couples the traditional network hydraulic calculation with injection wells node analysis.Water injection rate of each well and network energy consumption prediction can be figured out through the above model.According to the situation of oilfield digital construction,the index evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation method are studied.In order to make research achievement more useful,a software modules about Jiyuan oilfield water-injection system working condition calculation and evaluation was developed,which has been used in more than 1200 injection water wells successfully.It plays an important role in guiding water injection production.
