Heavy oil production with overheated steam has been widely used in KMK oilfield.However,the viscosity of KMK heavy oil changes rapidly from reservoir A to reservoir B,ranging from 256mPa·s to 15000mPa·s.Hence,their production performance varies accordingly.As a result,it is of great significance to analyze the influencing factors of different heavy oil production with overheated steam in KMK oilfield,as well as to optimize its production parameters.Based on the properties of reservoir A and B,this paper builds their numerical reservoir models by CMG.Firstly,the dominant influencing factors of steam huff and puff with horizontal well are studied in chapter 2.The influences of 12 factors are analyzed,then orthogonal experiments are conducted with 9 key factors selected to determine and compare the dominant factors of reservoir A and B.In chapter 3,influencing factors of steam flooding with vertical well pattern are analyzed,the dominant factors and the best time to start steam flooding of reservoir A and B are proposed.In chapter 4,a real CMG reservoir model is constructed to simulate and optimize the production parameters of a typical sector in reservoir B,According to this paper,the dominant factors of reservoir A and B in steam huff and puff and steam flooding are different.In steam huff and puff process,as oil viscosity increases from reservoir A to B,the effects of viscosity decrease,effects of underwater and steam injection parameters increase.It is better to place horizontal well on top of the reservoir B.In terms of the time to start steam flooding,steam injection parameters are dominant factors.As oil viscosity increases from reservoir A to B,steam flooding should start later.
