With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical packaging machinery industry,pharmaceutical filling machine has become the most important part of the pharmaceutical industry,it requires not only high-precision,high stability,but also to achieve the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice)standards.many manufacturers produce basic automated filling equipment productions but the quality is uneven,and the most of them have obvious mechanical vibration and poor stability,unable to meet current production requirements.In view of this kind of situation,there is a need to design a kind of bottle feeding machine that have no obvious vibration under high speed movement to improve the productivity of the filling.This topic based on the mechanical system layout of traditional filling production line,with reference to foreign advanced bottle feeding and filling machine,then make improvement on it.(1)Study the process requirements and structural characteristics of pharmaceutical filling line,analyze the current problems,make improvements in the original design plan.After have determined the mechanical system scheme,then study the rhythm of pharmaceutical filling machine,improve its structure,choose appropriate mechanical transmission mechanism.(2)Focus on the mechanical transmission system of Cam-Planet gear mechanism design,use the method of reverse derivation to obtain the law of motion of the cam mechanism.drawing the cam profile in the MATLAB software;verify the contour curve by the Motion simulation analysis of Solidworks software,and get the follower motion characteristics with different combinations of parameters and linears.(3)Introduce the concept of parametric design to the design of cam group in bottle feeding machine,by establishing user interface(GUI)of bottle feeding machine,we can shorten the design cycle of transmission mechanism greatly.
