With the implementation of China's "West-East" strategy,more and more pipes are used for energy transportation.But as time increasing,the gradual emergence of aging pipelines,changing in climate and geography,as well as vandalism and other factors,pipeline accidents occur frequently.This is not only a waste of resources and pollution of the environment,but also a serious threat to people's life and property safety.Especially pipeline which laying in some areas of fragile ecological environment,if the pipeline spilling occurs,it will result in serious ecological disaster.There are many detection methods of pipeline corrosion,but the most widely used is the Magnetic-Flux Leakage detection.It comprises of three parts: the PIG,the Above Ground Mark(AGM)module and the data analysis software.As an auxiliary equipment of pipeline-defect location,the AGM can locates the corrosion site precisely by eliminating the cumulate error of distance.Since the magnetic flux leakage signal is very weak,so the key factor of pipeline-defect location is the acquisition of signal.The Aboving Ground Marking system has been studied in this paper,according to the problems in the use,an improved method is proposed.The module is experimented by simulation and its performance is improved.The system of Aboving Ground Marking includes AMG and the collector of AMG,This paper introduces the significance of pipeline inspection and methods,analyzes the principle of leakage flux detection and the characteristics magnetic flux leakage signal,combines with the principle of ground AMG system and component modules,this system has been further elaborated and presentes a detailed design,it introduces Giant Magnetoresistive Sensor which has a higher accuracy to collect the signal of magnetic flux leakage innovatively and process of the data,and uses GPS positioning module of superior performance,then describes the important circuits of the AMG and the collector of AMG,and the ration composition ality of design through simulation test systems.Finally,the rationality of the design is verified by simulation.
