Study On Design Of Modern Compilation Tool Based On Traditional Handicraft Principles

Industrial production allows people to enter the information age in which people is getting rid of labor,the development of human aesthetic consciousness makes manual labor re-needs for its humanistic characteristics.However,the manual preparation that one of the traditional crafts is gradually out of line of the modern life concept,hand-made products are fading out of people’s vision with it.The reason why is that the traditional preparation tools did not make the appropriate transformation in the development process of modern society and the functions and forms of the traditional preparation tools are no longer suitable for modern aesthetic changes and home environment.At present,the protection of traditional handicrafts still mostly remain in the study of its history,while very few people excavate the production principle of the traditional process in-depth,having a real awareness of the beauty of the traditional preparation process.The difference of this article is avoiding stay in the theoretical study,but using the traditional preparation tools as a carrier.Through the preparation of traditional principles of the preparation process to guide the preparation of modern tools designed to achieve the traditional preparation process to return to modern life and having a new life in modern life.This study is based on the literature research,combined with the case study method,making the bamboo process as an example of “plait” class of the traditional preparation process and weaving process as an example of “make” class of the traditional preparation process.Through the summary of data,summed up the culture、process and the tools evolution process of the bamboo process and the characteristics of materials、history、culture and the evolution of the loom in the weaving process.After the general studying of the bamboo weaving process and weaving process,starting from the consumer’s life needs the paper analyzes the emotional needs of the traditional process,the pursuit of fashion and the demand of traditional culture learning,and the esteem of consumers to the compiling craft in daily necessities and fashion products by analyzing the different life ideas of the three age groups of the old,the young and the children.By discussing the feasibility analysis of the traditional preparation tools to modern life from the traditional production mode and the modern home environment,the traditional compilation materials and the modern green life idea as well as the modern consumer’s consumption concept.This paper explores the common principle in traditional compilation technology from three aspects of function,structure and form in the traditional tool design,which provides the theoretical basis for the modern tool design and explores the traditional process principle Analysis and modern product form two innovative methods of combining modern tool design for the provision of innovative methods.How can we achieve the traditional preparation process in modern life,effective transmission and innovation,so that the preparation process to return to the stage of life,improve the modern way of life,I believe that the following aspects should be explored:(1)Using the concept of modern life as a guide to have an innovation of function expansion of the design of modern compilation tool;(2)Combined with the modern home environment and the change of the aesthetic awareness,starting the structure innovation design of the modern compilation tool;(3)Conform to the trend of retro,combined with modern materials to carry out modeling innovative design of the modern compilation tool;...
