Seal as a representative of individuals and units to identify or sign the tools,is still playing an important role in the present society.The scanning of paper documents is a cumbersome thing,and the management and protection of the seal have always been a problem.At present the market has not yet appeared the equipment with automatic paging,scanning,stamping.How to design a device which can replace labor,achieve the separation of people and seal,has important research value.The fully functional,well-equipped equipment can automatically turn the page,take pictures of files,and complete stamping.In this paper,the structure of the automatic seal machine equipped with paging and scanning is designed,and the kinematics and control system are studied.Use Solidworks software to complete the modeling of the paging and stamping sections of the automatic seal machine equipped with paging and scanning.The three degrees of freedom flip arm which can achieve the A4 paper around the paging function with the auxiliary structure,is designed.The four degrees of freedom seal unit can complete the stamping action of the file page and also stamp on the file cover by virtue of riding a stitch structure.At the same time the seal can be effectively managed and stored in the structure of seal library.According to the D-H parameter method,the kinematic equation of the flip arm is established,and the positive and inverse solutions are discussed.The third-order polynomial interpolation method is used to perform the trajectory planning of the end effector to obtain the joint variable polynomial.The kinematic simulation of the flip arm is carried out by ADAMS software,obtaining the joint velocity map and trajectory map,analyzing correctness of the trajectory.Study the control system of the automatic seal machine equipped with paging and scanning.The hardware platform of the control system based on the touch screen and PLC is constructed and its control system is designed.Write PLC and touch screen program to complete the device action control,status display,parameter settings and fault diagnosis and other functions.To achieve the kinematic trajectory of the flip arm planned and through the PLC programming software to monitor the results,analysis the correctness of the program design.Through the online debugging,a prototype is designed and researched,and performance indicators meet the design requirements.
