With the development of automation and mechatronics,the industrial strategies centered on smart manufacturing are rapidly leading manufacturing innovation,so,there is an urgent need for reasonable and standardized usage of the seals.Therefore,the in-depth research and continuous innovation of the seals and the machine can better protect the security of the seals.By the ways of literature investigation and communication,a system which can ensure the process of safely using the seals is presented,which can solve the risk of traditional seals in the technique and morality.The system consists of three major components: the machine,PLC control system,and the data management system.(1)In view of the movement characteristics of the machine,the structural parameters which have a decisive influence on the movement of the machine is analysised.It focuses on the structural design of the machine and the analysis of the influencing factors of sealstime,force,modality,position and so on.It also presents the spatial transformation model and mathematical model of motion and static analysis and modal analysis of the finite element model of the actuator.It also verifies the results of finite element analysis and the results of theory,and the results show that the design can meet the requirements of the usage.(2)In view of the control system of the machine,the PLC control system is adopted.Considered the requirements of the operation of the machine,the movement is divided into four actions: dip inkpad?forward stamp preparation?stamped action?back to zero.The I/O port assignment and wiring method is confirmed,and the design of the manual and automatic modes of the control system is completed.The results show that the manual mode and the automatic mode can meet the requirements of the action.(3)In view of the security risks existing in the process,it adopts the data management system which can strictly control the normalization of the use process of the seals.It also put forward the security mechanisms which include three parts: the security of Windows login,the security mechanisms of using process,the database security mechanism,which can protect the data.According to the difference in user characteristics,the participating groups are divided into administrators and users.The users of the user mode and administrator mode are operators and administrators.The administrators' rights are greater than the users',and the administrators can query the use of records.The operators must initiate an application before using the machine,and only the administrators can approves the application.When changing the seals,it is also need the administrators' authorization.At the same time,the system can save the log record in the usage process,in case of the accidental responsibility.In summary,the intelligent seal machine was designed according to the movement requirements,and achieved the stamping function based on the PLC control system,ensured the security of the seal with the help of the seal management system,and completed the development and implementation of the seal management system.The results show that the requirements of use can be met.
