Study On Methods Of Corporate Environmental Behavior Credit Rating In Baotou

The system of corporate environmental behavior credit rating evaluation is an advanced means of environmental management.In order to strengthen the government regulation of pollution sources,ensure the public right to know about environmental protection,supervise and urge the continuous improvement environment behavior of the enterprise,in combination with the practical situation of the Baotou City,the article researches the index system and the evaluation procedure of corporate environmental behavior credit rating,and reached the following conclusions:(1)The index system in different scale has the different coverage area,the different index system in company standard has the different starting point and the different emphasis point.(2)The index system has four aspects which including pollution control,environment management,social influence and organizational management.The pollution control has five evaluation indexes,the environment management has eight evaluation indexes,the social influence has eight evaluation indexes,the organizational management has four evaluation indexes.(3)The article determines the index weight of corporate environmental behavior credit rating in Baotou City with the Delphi mithod.It’s the gist to evaluate the environmental behavior.(4)Through the study of the evaluation procedure in various areas,the article determines the key step,the review evaluation and real-time evaluation.
