In recent years, with the increasing influence of environmental risks on enterprises and the development of modern society, the use of natural resources by enterprises and the discharge of pollution have clearly exceeded the environmental capacity, leading to increased environmental degradation. The government, the public and non-governmental organizations have all put forward more and more strict requirements on the environmental credit evaluation system. On the contrary, the continuous increase in demand also affects companies to pay more attention to the policies related to the environmental credit evaluation system and readjust the cost control related to the environment. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve China’s environmental protection credit evaluation system, marking China’s future policy, which will be more involved in the field of environmental protection credit evaluation.Interested financial institutions of the enterprise will also be forced to consider the risks that may be caused by the policy, including obtaining a lower rating in environmental credit ratings, which may result in legal liabilities that may cause the enterprise to fail to repay the loan. Many countries in the world have incorporated environmental risks into their risk management systems. In June 2003,10 countries including the United States, the Netherlands and other countries announced the adoption of the "Equator Principles" as a unified reference standard in the field of environmental credit evaluation.Commercial banks also responded to the state and provided green credit and fast access for enterprises with good credit evaluation.Compared with foreign countries,China started late in the field of environmental credit.Problems occurred frequently in various provinces and cities.Trustworthy incentives and disciplinary punishment mechanisms should have urged companies to improve their internals so that their “expected costs of distrust” exceed their “expected losses of trust. But for now,the mechanism has not played its due role. This paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of introducing three parties to participate in the corporate environmental credit evaluation system through various methods such as literature analysis methods, comparative analysis research analysis methods, case analysis methods, and legal relationship analysis methods. And market failures. It also draws on the practical experience of many countries in related fields and proposes to solve the problems that arise in the practice of China’s corporate environmental credit evaluation system.
