As the world resources increasingly exhausted and environmental pollution become more serious,efficient use of resources has become a trend of current world.Remanufacturing receives great attention because it can make the whole life cycle of equipment show closed state.And the Laser remanufacturing technology,as one of the remanufacturing important means,also has obtained the further development.Currently,on the laser remanufacturing of irregular shape parts there is often a high cost,complex operation etc.In order to reduce the cost of the laser remanufacturing of irregular shape parts,improve the flexibility of laser remanufacturing system,this article through the study of the laser remanufacturing technology of irregular shape parts,puts forward a kind of new idea which aim at the laser remanufacturing of irregular shape parts.It has certain theoretical significance and practical application significance.This article mainly from the following several aspects to do the related research.First of all,set up a set of platform,which has a certain accuracy and can perform a three-dimensional movement.Through the ball screw,motor design and related parts and components selection to determine the movement structure,and through the reasonable installation to provide three-dimensional motion condition for the laser remanufacturing of irregular shape partsSecondly,a motion control system is developed.Through reasonable trajectory planning and design of PLC,touch screen and other related procedures,realize the appearance of the irregular shape parts contour data read,laser silhouette follow the movement of the metal parts,etc.Again,in order to further improve the precision and stability of the system,specially adopt the method of fuzzy PID control to optimize stepper motor control,and by using the MATLAB simulation was carried out,and made comparison with the traditional PID control.Finally,the prototype accuracy verification experiment,outline contour,laser remanufacturing experiment,etc.From the simulation results can be found that,compared with the traditional PID control,the fuzzy PID control can be used to further improve the response speed of the stepper motor,can more effectively eliminate step motor running of the out-of-step and oscillation phenomenon,and benefit to improve the precision and stability of the system.From the prototype experiment results can be found that the developed system have a certain ability to copy for the irregular shape parts.To some extent,it can realize the purpose of controlling constant defocus amount in the laser remanufacturing of irregular shape parts.And through the design of the touch screen,it can further improve the system convenience of the human-computer interaction,which is beneficial to enhance the system's extension generalization ability.
