| Global warming is one of the biggest challenges that the human society facing now,with the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen meeting,low carbon become one of the most popular words.Greenhouse effect has become a difficult problem in today’s world,the greenhouse effect caused by a variety of factors,the carbon dioxide is undoubtedly one of the most important factors.Power industry as a traditional large carbon emissions,either from the government or social point of view,the power industry to achieve low-carbon transformation of economic development has become a necessity,namely,the development of low-carbon energy technologies,the establishment of a low carbon economy and low-carbon development model of social spending mode.Therefore,the power industry was chosen to become one of the main carbon trading is the era of the inevitable choice.Clean Development Mechanism is a new international cooperation mechanism for the developing countries.CDM mainly based on the cooperation in developed and developing countries,through the establishment of greenhouse gas emission reduction projects in developing countries,to promote technological progress in developing countries,while helping developed countries to meet their greenhouse gas reduction commitments.This objective analysis of the Z Power Company existing energy conservation situation and the need for development of CDM projects under China’s power industry in energy conservation and electricity market reform.Combined CDM project design,conduct,key problems to carry out Z Power Company’s CDM projects Mode and problem analysis.Z Power Company in order to complete the energy saving requirements develops the CDM projects of replacement of transformers.And use the Clean Development Mechanism and other basic methodological research results demonstrated the feasibility of CDM projects in the power grid enterprises and gives the corresponding recommendations. |
