Study On The Preparation In Guyu Granules

Objective:Study on the Preparation in Guyu Granules,thus provide experience basis of preparation technology for osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods:Prescription analysis and retrieval line screening to determine the extraction process routes.The saturated water solution method was compared with the grinding method by determining the ultilization ratio of volatile oil from both herbs.The optimum preparation conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design.The obtained inclusion compound of volatile oils were analyzed by TLC;The extraction technology was optimized with the content of Asperosaponin VI as an index by using single factor test and orthogonal test;The process of purification and concentration drying was made with the content of Asperosaponin VI through comparing experiment;The optimum molding process conditions were investigated by the combination of granulation process and compre-ssion parameters.Results:Water extraction.The optimum conditions:P-CD:volatile oil(g:ml)=8:1,inclusion temperature at 40℃,stirring time 3h.The obtained inclusi-on compound was verified by TLC.The optimum conditions:1.0h soaking water,extrating two times,and the water was ten times the medicine,eight times,the extraction time of 2.0h,1.5h.Mention condensed water from liquid to a relative density of 1.08,centrifugation,filtrtion,and filter liquor to a relative density of 1.25.Process condition:drug powders:dextrin=5:3,95%ethanol solution for wetting agent.Conclusion:The preparation technology is viable and it can be used for industrial production.
