Study On Database Of One-Way LS-WEDM Machine Tool

Currently,WEDM processing technology as one of important method of special processing,it not only has been widely used for mould manufacturing and precision parts processing,as well as applies to all kinds of difficult processing materials,special requirements of workpiece with complex contour and the processing of special cutting tools,in order to effectively use WEDM machine for processing,the establishment of a perfect,practical one-way WEDM database system has become a hot topic of research.This paper mainly conducts the research from four stages which contain research on multi medium of wire cutting mechanism and multiple cutting process,one-way wire cutting machine tool database system overall design,processing parameter database design and the realization of the database system.At first,this thesis summarizes the one-way wire cutting machine tools in the four kinds of typical workpiece materials under various flow state in deionized water medium of multiple cut nearly 800 processing technology,and the research achievements of HUST about the multiple media repeatedly processing,this paper expounds the significance of multiple medium cutting,analysis of the electric and non-electric parameters on the influence of process indexes,sums up the different machining conditions and the corresponding number of processed the scope of the surface roughness as the important basis of the database system’s query at the next step.Establish the regression model according to the fine processing technology of gas.Secondly,carrying on the overall design of the database system including the system demand analysis from different angles,according to the needs of users to make system functional block diagram,make the database data within the system flow chart of the system,and the division of overall function modules.Then,process the design of the database of one-way wire cutting machine tool,the required design language and technology of database system,the C#language used to create database up ten external interface of the system and SQL Server 2008 to build the system of the underlying database,using ADO.NET technology to realize the flow of the data between the form and the underlying database For the convenience of user queries,established a perfect knowledge base and multimedia animation library.At last,develop the system login module,user management module,data management module,the cutting parameters in the query module,the gas processing module and so on,and then the system running test is feasible.
