Oxime-ethers are substances having a broad spectrum of biological activities against insects,pathogens and weeds.Many of them have characteristics of low toxicity and low residue.Recently,the studies on molecular design,synthesis and biological activities of oxime compounds have attracted more and more attention.The aim is to discover new compounds with biological activity,oxime ether structure as active groups,combined with biological and chemical characteristics of special fluorin,a series of novel Oxime-ethers have been designed and synthesized.(1)Twelve novel a-chloro-a-carbonyl oximes were synthesized starting from aceptophenone and isoamyl nitrite by the method of introducing anhydrous hydrogen chloride.Comparing with conventional method,this route can reduce the reaction time from 5?6 hours to 2?3 hours,and increase the yield of the target products from 30%to 80%.(2)The substituted aniline reacted with heptafluoro-2-iodopropane to give a series of perfluoroisopropyl substituted aniline,and the synthetic process has been optimized.(3)78 oximes compounds and 49 Oxime-ethers have been designed and synthesized by the reaction of a-chloro-a-carbonyl oximes with Heptafluoroisopropyl aniline anilines.The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectra.(4)Many compounds have a biological activity sagainst insects and bacterium at the concentration of 200 mg/L.The inhibition rate of ZH17,ZH22,ZY41,ZY43 and ZH47 to cucumber downy mildew was over 80%at the concentration of 100 mg/L.
