Development And Application Of Superfine Pa6 FDY

The nylon 6 superfine FDY can be widely used in some high-grade cloth,e.g.high-grade dress,upmarket underwear,artificial silk,and other fields because the each filament of the nylon 6 superfine FDY is so thin that the fabrics from it have many prominent advantages.For example,they are thinner,lighter and softer,more comfortable,higher gas permeation and waterproof,better drape behaviour and anti-friction.With the development of the textiles into light-weight,superfine fiber will have broader application prospect.It will have bigger and more economic benefit to develop the nylon 6 superfine FDY.The research and development of nylon 6 superfine FDY should be done at once.There are three ways to produce superfine fiber.They are direct spinning,bicomponent spinning and blend spinning method.Compared with other two methods,direct spinning method has the advantage of simple process,saving cost,stable quantity and green environment etc.The thesis discussed the process characteristics of PA 6 FDY156dtex/272f with direct-spinning and its application.Selection of raw materials and oiling agent,the influences of spinneret,spinning assembly spinning temperature,the quench air,collection-oiling-position,the oil content and the winding speed on the quality of PA 6 FDY156dtex/272f were studied in this thesis.The optimum conditions were as follows.Spinning temperature is set at 260℃.Cross air temperature is 21℃,humidity is 85%and speed is 0.4m/s.Oil content is 1.2%and collection-oiling-position is 750mm.Pre-network pressure is 0.12MPa and after-network pressure is 0.30MPa.The first hot roller is without heating,however,the second hot roller is heated to 115℃.The first hot roller speed is 4200m/min,and the second hot roller speed is 5200m/min.The winding speed is 5000m/min.The cross air plays an important role in the whole process of spinning process.We increase two-layer 20μm the non-woven fabric in the quenching system in order to remain more stable cross-air pressure.PA 6 FDY156dtex/272f can be manufactured on a large scale in our direct spinning device after optimizing the process conditions.The user trials on the product proved that the quality of product can basically satisfy the user’s requirements.From this new experience,we further developed a series of new products,such as PA6 FDY22dtex/68f,FDY66dtex/136f and FDY78dtex/136f and so on.
