| Centrifugal spinning technology is a kind of manufacturing of micro nano fiber technology, and it has the advantages of high efficiency fiber preparation, simple device without high voltage electric field, the wider material adaptability compared with other spinning technology. The traditional centrifugal spinning technology has not been effectively developed for a long time because of the defects such as coarse fiber and poor uniformity of fiber. Recently, researchers have began to focus on the technology, expect to obtain a new technology to prepare high quality fiber, and to promote the industrial application of the centrifugal spinning process through the optimization and improvement of the device.In the process of preparation, there are some disadvantages such as lower spinning efficiency, solvent residue, and poor fiber uniformity. In this point of view, melt differential centrifugal spinning technology was proposed and the spinning mechanism of melt centrifugal spinning process was analyzed based on the calculus theory. The design of the key part, namedly, the centrifugal differential wheel was conducted, and gas assisted technology was introduced to finish the building of an air assisted melt differential centrifugal spinning experiment device.In order to deeply understand the spinning mechanism of melt differential centrifugal spinning technology and perfect the centrifugal spinning process, the influence of different process parameters on the fiber forming effect was studied in this research, such as speed of the centrifugation differential wheel, nozzle temperature, temperature of centrifuge differential plat, and airflow velocity. Change of fiber performance caused by the key parameters of the spinning, namely, the spinning speed was analyzed. On the basis of process research, the weight of different parameters on the fiber forming effect was analyzed, and the optimal combination of the theory and the optimum fiber diameter were obtained.At the end, the oil absorption properties of the fibers prepared by melt differential centrifugal spinning were studied. The difference in performance of centrifugal spinning fiber under the centrifugal spinning with/without air assisted was discussed. Application method of centrifugal spinning technology was innovated, and new ideas to solve the problem of marine oil spill was put forward. |
