Because of efficient,quality and energy saving high speed milling is widely used in machine manufacture area.Due to high speed milling require high rotation speed,high precision,high surface quality and suitable condition in high speed cutting,which put forward to higher requirements for high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability under the action of centrifugal load and cutting force.At present,the study of the high speed milling cutter,mainly considering cutting vibration and the cutting deformation,not to conduct the thorough research to the dynamic stability of the structure,which limits the development of high speed milling technology and its technology to their advantage.The article supported by "Upseale CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment,national science and technology major special project "research on important parts processing technology of water chamber head turning and milling machining center(2011ZX04002-111-05)".In this article make series of research on control high speed milling cutter structure stability.Article based on existing research results and according to high speed milling cutter theory and structural dynamics,to realize high speed milling cutte:r structure stability,multiple tooth cutting behavior,cooperative control of cutter wear and milled surface topography.For fuzzy characterization of high speed milling cutter structure dynamic stability,in this article explained cutter structure and incentive load and its interaction effects on structure dynamic stability,based on high speed milling cutter cutting vibration test.Build the relational model between high speed milling cutter structure dynamic stability and multiple tooth cutting behavior.Reveal high speed milling cutter’s structural dynamics impact on multiple tooth cutting behavior.According to consistency of multiple tooth cutting behavior,build high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability evaluation method.Works in order to reveal high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability effect on cutter wear are as follow,build relationship between cutter wear parameters and vibration characteristics depend on grey system theory and high speed milling cutter wear and vibration text;explain structural dynamics stability effect on high speed milling cutter asymmetric wear and put forward cutter asymmetric wear control method,which depends on model of relation between high speed milling cutter structural dynamics features and multiple tooth cutting behavior.For high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability effect on milled surface topography is not being known clearly,build correlation between milling vibration characteristics and milled surface topography based on high speed milling cutter vibration and surface topography test;explain milling cutter structural dynamics stability effect on milled surface topography and put forward milled surface topography control measure,which depends on model of correlation between high speed milling cutter structural dynamics features and multiple tooth cutting behavior.To realize control high speed milling cutter,s dynamic stability,through analysis milling cutter deviation distribution,explain deviation distribution effect on cutting behavior,build cutter deviation distribution measure of high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability.Establish process and milling cutter structure control methods for high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability,based on mechanism of high speed milling cutter’s dynamic stability effect on cutter wear and milled surface topography.
