In the development of High-speed milling cutter’s technology,there are a lot of methods of inhibiting milling cutter’s forced vibration,for example,reducing the cutting parameters,adopting the tooth distribution etc,the former can reduce the cutting efficiency,the latter can effectively dispersed the cutting energy,realise the inhibition of forced vibration,but did not solve the problem of the impact whitch milling cutter’s overall vibration on local blade wear nonuniformity,there is the strong interaction between milling cutter’s wear and vibration,directly affect the tool’s life and cutting efficiency.Based on "high-end CNC machine tools and manufacturing equipment" major science and technology subject "water chamber head important parts processing technology research and milling machining center(2011 zx04002-2011-05)",in order to resolve the cutter tooth’s uneven wear caused by forced vibration,reveal the cutter early mechanism wear characteristics and formation,set up the forced vibration milling cutter wear model,realizes the prediction and effective control of various cutter wear’s location,area and depth,reveal the effects of evolution rate characteristics and evolution mechanism,put forward the wear rate of a turning point for the transition of the friction pair,Using the cutter tooth spacing distribution may change its forced vibration behavior characteristics,Forced vibration milling cutter is put forward the whole cutting process uneven wear control method and the milling cutter.Specific contents as follows:According to the experiment’s result of cutter worn caused by forced vibration get the associated characteristic behavior and forced vibration milling cutter wear behavior;analyze the behavior of the tool wear face milling cutter when milling metal materials;comparison of different parameters below milling cutter processing characteristics of different materials cutting across milling tool wear influence;proposed identification method forced vibration cutter wear.Based on vibration theory,the vibration behavior of the milling cutter research process,the vibration study of metallic materials in Milling wear characteristics,stating milling cutters forced vibration behavior of uneven wear resistance of the mechanism;build cutter and more forced vibration tooth wear model proposed cutter wear and forced vibration prediction and evaluation methods uneven wear,abrasion and forced vibration milling control.Research cutter wear process,the wear rate factors,forced vibration milling cutting process for the wear rate impact study relative sliding coefficient of sliding friction coefficient and wear rate for the impact of the use of milling cutter wear and friction work the amount of the conversion,the establishment of forced vibration solutions cutter wear rate calculation model.Through the controling of evolution whitch early wear and wear process,realising the effective control of the forced vibration wear in the milling process.According to the milling cutter’s modal analysis and the experimental results of vibration wear,verify the accuracy of milling cutter’s control method,solve the variables’ impact problem of control method,through the cutting tool’s parameters and cutting parameters design,put forward the design method of milling cutter,with the method of experiment,verifing the feasibility and accuracy of the design method.
