| Cron straw is abundant renewable resources in the nature reserves,up to date straw resources have not been effectively comprehensive utilization.With the development of liquefaction technology being mature,liquefaction has become one of the main way to utilize the natural wood raw materials.The cellulose,hemicelluloses and lignin of wood raw material were liquefied into a certain activity substance as the starting material of the synthetic polymer material,using phenol or polyhydric alcohol and other chemical reagents.this not only can reduce the reliance on fossil resources but also provides new ideas for utilization of agricultural resources.Corn straw and its liquefaction products and residue characterization and analysis by means of FTIR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR,found that the chemical structure of corn barn was changed greatly before and after liquefaction in phenol.corn straw is first degraded into low molecular weight compounds,and then react with phenol by phenolation and recondensation,finally the nature of the phenolic intermediates.The waterborne dispersions of LCBER were prepared by the phase inversion emulsification technique using AEO-9 and SDS as compound emulsifier.experiment condition such as HLB value of compound emulsifier,emulsifier content,emulsification temperature,stirring speed was studied.The microtopography of emulsion was also observed.The optimum conditions were obtained as HLB value of compound emulsifier 17,emulsifier content 8%,emulsification temperature 35℃ and stirring force 800rmp.The particle average size of emulsion was 1.57μm under these conditions.The coating film has been prepared used home-made waterborne liquefied straw-based epoxy resin emulsion as base and different waterborne curing agent.The performance of waterborne liquefied straw-based epoxy resin film was further compared with different kinds of curing agent and the equivalent ratio of amine hydrogen to epoxy group and the ratio of straw-based epoxy resin to E-44.The physical mechanical properties of film was better than others with KINGCURE 525W60 as curing agent.The performance of waterborne liquefied straw-based epoxy resin film was satisfactory when the ratio of ratio of amine hydrogen to epoxy group was 1~1.2.it is suitable that the ratio of straw-based epoxy resin to E-44 about 7:3.This both can reduce the use of petrochemical and other non-renewable resources,but also get water-based coating whose performance equivalent to pure E-44’s. |
