| With the development of penicillin pharmaceutical industry in China,the waste water of penicillin industry became a management problems.The waste water after being distilled became a crucial problem for the penicillin industry.This lesson gave a further laboratory research for solving the problem of the penicillin wastewater through the three main sources:the catalytic oxidation,electrocatalysis and the biological treatment.Experiments primarily dipose the main water on the production,which include kettle crippled water of triethylamine,benzene acetic acid and acetone wastewater,and try different treatment technology on organic wastewater of high concentration,earry out the related experiment,look for the best reaction conditions and parameters of operation process,the treatment effect on related technology of the kettle residue,through comparing evaluate all kinds of processing technology,and the experimental evaluation on the stability and maturity of engineering investment,operation costs,and the technology,make the maximization investment benefition on the wastewater of penicillin crippled kettle treatment engineering,Solve the enterprise’s kettle residue processing problem on wastewater of triethylamine,benzene acetic acid and acetone.Through the comparison between the micro-electrolysis and catalytic oxidation process and the three-dimensional electrode catalytic oxidation process,we can make sure that the first process has a high efficiency for disposing COD of the wastewater in the kettle residue.It can get at rate of more than 80%in the process of the disposing COD.As the three-dimensional electrode catalytic oxidation process can only get a rate of about 50%.When working in the biological treatment,the influx of the wastewater,which contained COD at about the 15000mg/L,ABR can function at the volumetric loading of 5.6Kg COD/(m3,d)and the volumetric loading of the SBR influx of wastewater must be at the 2.0KgCOD/(M3·d),we can get the result of more than 80%of the disposing COD in the wastewater,after the treatment of ABR for 5 days,we can remove the ammonia nitrogen at the rate of more than 95%,BOD can remove by the rate of about 98%,The pH value is 6-9 at the outlet of water. |
