There are many uncertainties in the implementation process,so there are potential risks in the implementation of the project.The results of the project show that effective management of risks can avoid loss of project benefits.This paper takes A company owned tobacco warehouse storage capacity is tight and industry of tobacco storage requirements,the construction of new library imperative.How to do well the construction of tobacco warehouse project,control the risks in the construction process,and ensure the project completed successfully according to the requirements of the company,is the focus of this paper.Firstly expounds the strategic significance of tobacco warehouse construction projects the industry environment and the construction of tobacco warehouse,risk management methods and then summarizes the process of engineering construction in the process,including screening,assessment and evaluation of risk and time risk management.At the same time,the method of risk management based on fuzzy comprehensive rating method under the uncertainty of project instruction is discussed.Finally,the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was discussed in detail,a detailed analysis of the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system,and defines the standard model is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system and standard used in calculating the weight of index.Applied to establish the evaluation index system of A Corporation;according to the selection of each index evaluation index system,so as to clarify the impact of various projects;qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk assessment with the last tobacco warehouse construction project related data and find out the risk response measures.The conclusions of this thesis have guiding significance for the related enterprises.
