Comprehensive Evaluationof Construction Enterprise Safety Cultureand Its Application

Safety is the basic needs of people,but the construction industry is often devastating and devastating,threatening people's safety.Safety culture construction has played a positive role in preventing accidents and has been gradually recognized by people.At the same time,safety culture has also been integrated into safety management and has become the soul of enterprise safety production.However,the safety culture evaluation of the construction industry is insufficient in the construction of the evaluation system or in the evaluation method,which restricts the development of the construction industry.Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises,it is of great significance to carry out safety culture evaluation and construction.Firstly,combining the characteristics of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of construction accidents in recent years.From the perspective of safety culture and safety factors of construction industry,evaluation and construction,it analyzes the research status at home and abroad and lays a foundation for the theoretical research in the following.Secondly,it expounds the theory of safety culture,on the basis of which it reveals the definition,performance and function of safety culture in the construction industry;analyzes the internal relationship between safety culture and safety management,and clarifies the unique role and significance of safety culture to enterprise management;The theoretical basis for constructing the evaluation index system of construction enterprises and selecting evaluation methods.Thirdly,on the basis of introducing fuzzy mathematics and multiple methods for determining weights,combined with the clear characteristics of the evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights.The specific evaluation steps are provided for the empirical research at the end of this paper.Fourthly,based on the safety culture theory and the principle of setting indicators,the safety culture evaluation index of building construction enterprises consisting of four secondary indicators and 21 three-level indicators is established from the four levels of material,system,behavior and concept of construction enterprises system;set the indexcomment set,built the evaluation model,and determined the overall evaluation level of the enterprise.Fifthly,taking A construction enterprise as the evaluation object,the frequency of each comment is collected by questionnaire survey method,the degree of membership of the indicator is determined,the judgment matrix is constructed,and the judgment result is obtained through stepwise calculation.According to the quantitative score,the overall situation of the safety culture of the construction enterprise is “good”.Analyze the frequency of 21 evaluation indicators,the quantitative scores of 4 secondary indicators and the overall judgment score of the enterprise,find out the shortcomings in the safety culture construction of the enterprise,and improve the corporate safety culture for the enterprise leadership through decision-making reference.Finally,through the case analysis,taking the domestic advanced enterprises of safety culture construction and relevant theoretical achievements as examples,it is concluded that the countermeasures to improve the safety culture construction of A construction enterprise can effectively improve the status and level of the safety culture construction of A construction enterprise.
