Electrospinning technology uses DC high-voltage power source which generates electrostatic field to induce conductive solution injecting.Jet printing which is based on electrospinning technology has become an important method of integrated manufacturing of micro-nano systems,especially in the organic,flexible device system manufacturing,and it shows huge potential of application.In this paper,the sine high voltage AC power source is designed for AC induced electrospinning jet printing.By applying the sinusoidal AC voltage between the nozzle and the collecting substrate of the electrospinning device,the effect of the power source for AC electrospinning is verified.and the law of AC induced electrospinning jet printing is preliminarily explored.According to the demand of AC electrospinning,the sinusoidal high voltage AC power source is designed.Through the principle analysis and parameter calculation,the push-pull DC conversion circuit,SPWM inverter circuit and control circuit are designed.Through the production and debugging,when the PWM control signal duty cycle is 0.379,the output voltage of DC conversion circuit stabilizes at 397V.Under different loads,the output error is less than 1V and the ripple factor is less than 5%.Take the output voltage of DC converter circuit as the input of SPWM inverter circuit.Changing situation of the peak value of AC voltage,total harmonic distortion factor(THD)with frequency,modulation degree,input voltage and load change are tested.Experiments show that the larger the modulation degree is,the lower the total harmonic distortion factor is.When the modulation degree is 0.8,THD is less than 4%.And the maximum voltage peak will reach 8712V.Based on the completion of the high-voltage sinusoidal AC power source,experiment uses the silicon as a collection base.By changing the peak or frequency of the AC power source voltage,a series of AC electrospinning experiments are carried out.And the law of jet movement and sedimentation are obtained.Using PET insulation substrate to carry out AC electrospinning direct writing experiment,compared with the results of direct current electrospinning,the feasibility of jetting electrospinning on insulating substrate is verified.The deposition regularity of micro-nano structures on insulating substrates is investigated.In this paper,through the design of sinusoidal high voltage AC electromechanical power source and the study of AC electrospinning,the experimental results and changing regularity of AC electrospinning are obtained preliminarily,which lay the foundation for further exploring the working mechanism of AC electrospinning,improving the stability and controllability of jet printing,achieving precise positioning and deposition of jet on the insulating substrate and expanding the application of electrospinning.
