A Study About Coupling Relationship Between "Poverty Alleviation And Environmental Improvement" In The Autonomous Region Of Gansu

How to achieve rapid economic growth is the primary task of the national autonomous region of Gansu,it is also a key point in the construction of modernization.But due to the special geographical position of national autonomous areas in gansu province,the fragile ecological environment and poverty are intertwined and influence each other,appear even ominous coupling parts,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of the local economy.And national autonomous areas in gansu province has an important position in ecological security strategy of our country,is an important area of gansu province and even the national ecological security,how to realize the sustainable development,is not only for oneself,also is the objective requirement of economic development in gansu province,but also to ensure the national ecological security,maintaining national unity and frontier stability of inevitable requirement.Ecological environment protection and poverty alleviation development in national regions marginal and cross coupling of research field,this paper draw lessons from to absorb the predecessors research results and field survey analysis,ecological economics,regional economics and the sustainable development theory as the instruction,the gansu national region economic development and ecological environment protection organic combine,will the two coupling was studied as a whole system.First of all,through the analysis of its poverty,found that the industrial and agricultural output value is low,unreasonable industrial structure level;Pin Kun Mian wide,poverty population still is bigger;Low level of economic development in the province level,most of the national minority areas.Then analyzes the environmental factors,which restrict the development of the economy: the vegetation degradation is serious,"three" serious meadows,natural disasters,such as soil erosion,wetland drainage,soil and water conservation function of shrinking,etc.Then combed the poverty alleviation and development in the national autonomous areas in gansu province policy practice,and points out the deficiencies: harsh natural environment,ecological environment worsening;Farmers’ self-development ability is insufficient,too dependent on government support;Unbalanced regional poverty.Finally,the calculation and analysis by coupling model,the results show that economic and ecological environment coordinated development in ethnic minority areas in gansu province is not optimistic,one day I wish,in linxia,against the south,Zhang Guchuan coupling correlation to rise and fall,and no deterioration in economic development and environmental protection to the point of restricting each other,however,SuBei,gannan,malignant coupling phenomenon has emerged that seriously restricting the sustainable development of local economy.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the ecology Suggestions to promote the development of national autonomous areas to reduce poverty in gansu province,mainly includes:first,the development of ecological animal husbandry;Second,developing ecological forestry;Third,promote "Internet + green ecological";Fourth,seize "area" major strategic opportunities;Fifth,vigorously promote accurate poverty alleviation,precision out of poverty.
