Research On Pressure Comfort And Shaping Effect Of A Company’s Underwear

With the constant development of people’s requirements for the functionality,comfort and beauty of underwear.Underwear is more and more concerned by consumers.Comfortable pressure value is particularly important for slim underwear.In this paper,with company A commissioned,studied on comfort and shaping effect of underwear by mathematical modeling and human engineering principle and optimized the design of the beauty underwear.Finally,this paper provided a scientific basis for the design of excellent underwear products and improve the effect of comfort and shaping for enterprises.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Through the market research of young and middle-aged female consumers,this paper analyzed the questionnaire based on the SPSS,clear the necessity of underwear comfort and shaping effect,and established the split underwear as experimental sample.(2)The somatic data acquisition was carried out by direct contact measurement.By means of descriptive statistics and principal component analysis,three kinds of factors,such as degree factor,height factor,length factor.Using the results of factor analysis,extracting the circumference of 7 high correlation factor in measuring project and was taken quik cluster analysis.Finally,In this paper,body size were divided into three categories including standards bodies,micro fat,fat and numbered it for providing the research object for shaping effect experiment.(3)According to the change of objective measurement data before and after the combination of the indicators of human dress,waist hip ratio,body mass index and breast morphological parameters of the standard,to evaluate the effect of shaping underwear.In this paper,based on the method of fabric tensile testing,the warp and weft of the material are compared,and the relationship between the deformation rate and the recovery rate is obtained.(4)This paper measured the pressure value of each part of human body clothing with air bag pressure measurement method.According to the subjective and objective analysis of the data,obtained a negative linear dependency relation and established a regression model between pressure and comfort.At last,we get the threshold value of comfort for the human body.(5)In accordance with the shaping effect and comfortability evaluation,to optimize the clip section underwear from the style,fabric,appearance and structure angle.Making experimental sample pattern and evaluate the effect on mannequin by CAD which is a clothing plate making software.This paper carried out the production of back clip clothing and its main objective evaluation,after established the optimization model.This paper is based on the market investigation,sample model experimental results and subjective and objective pressure comfortability evaluation,we created a body underwear model and pressure comfortability threshold,and finally confirmed the optimized design.It provides the references for enterprises to design excellent underwear.38 figures,56 tables,69references.
